|HOW TO: Select the type of support as "question", if you are just asking technical question. If there is a software or network or infrastructure incidence to report, use "incidence". "feature request" represent additional feature to your product and solutions. For those customer who has maintenance service contract, you can select "remote support", and put your support contract number.
